This means that you have the person blocked, it might just be a technical glitch. For me when I tried to replicate your issue, it was as easy as unblocking the person I had blocked, as soon as I unblocked him/her, the red ‘Blocked’ text vanished.

Yes, when you are blocked by someone they still can view our profile on Instagram. Go to his/her profile via some place else than search and block them or mention them in a post to clear this out.

To give you a proper reply, I need some more information – Does the post counter show a number, and if it does and you see no posts below it is likely that you are blocked and if it shows you 0 posts and you see nothing, it may be or may not be that you are blocked.
Try mentioning them on any post and asking what’s the case. I am sure that it would clear the stuff out.
