Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Edge Replaced By Galaxy S6 Edge Plus

Samsung has a specific device upgrade schedule fixed. Every year we hope to see one ’S’ series smartphone and one “Note” series smartphone, and some upgrades over previous year mid-range smartphones. Now, its time to speculate the rumours running about sammy’s phablet, the Note 5.

Previously, Note 4 was launched with two smartphones, one being the Note 4 and other being Note 4 Edge, now, news have come that for this year we won’t see a Edge smartphone branded as ‘Note’, we’ll just have one Note 5 unit and that’s all for the Phablet front.

Reports suggest that Note 5 Edge is replaced by S6 Edge Plus, which is going to be a significant update over the S6 Edge, but we don’t think so. We think that probably S6 Edge Plus will be a mid range variant of S6 Edge, like Samsung has done with S2 Plus in the past, but that’s just what we think and we are taking no bets for it.

It can be a better, upgraded version or just a mid range variant of Samsung’s smart Dual-Edge Smartphone, only time will tell.

S6 Edge Plus is rumoured to have a Snapdragon 808 Hexa Core processor, with 3GB RAM, 32GB Internal Storage, 16MP Rear Camera with Optical Image Stabilization, 5MP front camera and, 3000mAh Battery.
