Micromax all set to launch Canvas Spark : Report

Micromax the leading smartphone vendor in India has announced via its official website that they will be launching another smartphone and repeatedly has used the word ‘Spark’ in the teasers, with the information and some recent leaks through TOI and other Indian website we can say that the next smartphone would be called Micromax Canvas Spark.

Also some Bloggers have claimed that they have received Press-Invites to the event on 21 April which points to only on logical conclusion that Micromax is here for the a big announcement. An Ultra-Affordable Smartphone? Aggressive pricing is something that has been working in favor for Micromax from the beginning of its journey. This smartphone is expected at a price of Rs 6000INR with the online retailer Snapdeal.

Snapdeal and micromax both have been constantly promoting the smartphone from quite sometime now and the mutual understanding indicate to a selling partnership.

Marketing Campaign Suggest Gorilla Glass 4 & HD Screen

Micromax’s Canvas Spark is reported to have a 4.7inch HD display with Quad Core MediaTek ARM Cortex-A7 clocked at 1.3GHz accompanied with Dual SIM, Android 5.0, MicroSD slot, 802.11 x Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and FM receiver. There are no other spiced spec information available but looking to the processor’s configuration page we found out that this processor can support 8MP Image Signal so be it, this smartphone will be featuring a 8MP rear and 5MP(most probably) front camera.

Also on the same page we found out that the recording capability max out at FHD-1080p playing at 30fps, as soon as we get official confirmation we would post that but this is the maximum configuration that we can get out of Canvas Spark.
